What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?

This week the desk is still messy.  On the left and right are pictures, stamps, stickers ready to get in my Project Life album.  In the middle we have Daddy Whatnot, he just needs a little bit more hair and then is finished.  In the front in Baby Whatnot, un-stuffed and stitched.  Mommy Whatnot only has half a body.  That's my job for today as they are for my Nephews first birthday which is tomorrow.

A few people asked last week what I am will be doing now we are in Wales.  A little update is here.

Don't forget to pop on over to Lady WOYWW, Julia Queen of the craft desks.

Hi, Candace! Your whatnots are looking good -- what a sweet present idea for a little one. The stencil on my desk is one from Crafter's Workshop, although I know which Studio Calico one you're thinking of. I probably would've bought that one, if I didn't have this other that is so similar! Have a happy crafty week. ~ Laura #106

Am loving the WhatNots! What a great prezzy, I'm sure they'll be loved :)
I popped over to your settling in Wales post..I'm so glad things are going well for you. It definitely is a much slower way of life, that's for sure. How wonderful that your kids are picking up the language so quickly too. I really hope that all goes well with the setting up of your business :)

Sounds like you could do with doing a bit of decopatch yourself for your letters, give it a go it is great fun and so relaxing. Love the wotnots. Are they knitted or crocheted, I guess you could do either. What do you fill them with? I ask as my latest craft club will be doing crochet next month and I harped up saying I can crochet - yikes. The What-not are darling! And you must be very talented to have created such a thing yourself. I admire knitters...it seems so complicated to me! :) Thanks for leaving me a comment on my desk already and I'm sorry its taken me so long to get a return visit in, but hey, I did make it before the next WOYWW, right? Well, at least here in the US its not a new Wednesday yet! :) Take care and have fun crafting, Deeyll #141
