Project Life Tuesday

Here we are at the first week of May and I have just finished the 4th week of January's Project Life pages.  I am happy with ow this album is coming along even though I am three months in arrears.  I am hoping to complete 2 weeks for the next couple of weeks to try to catch up as much as I can.

This is what I completed this week:

Again I used some of the larger photos mixed in with some tiny ones.  I may mix in a few 3 x 4 from now on as I can see my kit not lasting all week as every pocket has a card in it.  I am also going to use some of my regular stash as it is becoming to look all the same.  I know some people like that but I want to mix things up a bit more than just the Clementine kit and Studio Calico kits.

Meal Planning Monday

Things went a little chaotic towards the end of the week and we totally didn't stick to the meal plan.  I think I have reached the point this week where I only need to buy bread, breakfast cereals and some fruit and veg.  A cheap shop this week!

This week we are having:

Monday - Roast chicken & all the trimmings

Tuesday - Chicken in a cream sauce with pasta

Wednesday - Brinner

Thursday - Enchiladas

Friday - Away for the weekend so having sandwiches whilst travelling

Saturday - Off Out

Sunday - Still away so eating out

Sky Watch Friday

Today in sunny Wales the sky is blue, blue, blue but full of white clouds.  There is a strong wind coming from the sea though.

The best day of the year so far was yesterday, such a sunny warm day and I spent in travelling on a train and then sitting in a very stuffy hospital.  12 1/2 hours away from home and at no point could we enjoy the sun.  Lets hope this long bank holiday weekend brings some much needed sun.
